Abstract

With the outbreak of COVID-19, the educational institutions, whether be it a School, College or a University has moved to a digital teaching-learning mode. In this study, we tried to find out the factors influencing the digital teaching-learning during the COVID-19
pandemic and its influence on adapting to a nippy digital teaching-learning platform by academics and factors impending its adaptability thereof. From the study, we identified four factors which have influence in the digital teaching-learning process, viz.,
communication skills, digital skill, knowledge management and ability to learn independently. It has been identified that COVID-19 has a positive and significant impact on Digital teaching mode. Knowledge of digital skills was found to act as the high contributing factor whereas knowledge management as the least contributing factor.
