Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology demands that learning activities as the heart of lectures metamorphose towards digital technology-based learning that is easily accessible to students as Generation Z, which is digital native. This study aims to develop a mobile learning application (MLA) that features authentic performance-based assessment so that students have 21st Century Skills. The developed MLA is used as one of the tools in remote learning activities in higher education in Indonesia. Features in this MLA include material in the form of text, video, and link integration in wider material resources, video-conferencing and evaluation. Through validation activities by material experts and media experts, the results of this study indicate that the MLA design is very feasible to be used as one of the remote learning tools in higher education so it needs to be implemented on a broader subject for
