Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to test some hypotheses about the water crisis in drought-prone areas. There are several different parameters that can be used to determine which places are prone to drought. In this section, we will talk about two different
strategies. When the combined effects of many characteristics, such as rainfall intensity, periodicity of rainfall, ground water potential, and agricultural production, are taken into consideration, it is possible to distinguish between three distinct levels of drought severity.
The current study makes use of secondary data regarding rainfall and areas that have been affected by drought. At the moment, the majority of regions make excessive use of the water resources at their disposal.
