transportation depends on attracting more passengers, so satisfying those passengers is essential. The present research was based on the Indian Railways system in order to evaluate the current condition of railway platforms in India. This research was carried out at
Dehradun Junction Railway Station, one of the most important in the Northern Railway Zone of the Indian Railways and a major transit hub for visitors heading to other parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. This research examines the quality of the services and
amenities offered to travelers at Dehradun Junction.
