Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of leadership behavior on motivation factors. The study was quantitative based on cross sectional whereas, leadership behavior was used as independent variable and motivation factors as dependent variable. The population of the study was the secondary school teachers from Muzaffargarh District, Punjab. For the delimitation of the population 289 respondents were selected as a sample of this research through simple random sampling technique. For this study standardized questionnaires were used. The findings of this research show that there was a positive and significance effect of leadership behavior on motivation factors. This study is beneficial for the development of secondary school education through effective leadership behavior.
