Studying The Variables That Impact E-learning as an Educational Alternative During COVID-19

Abstract

As a result of the world’s exposure to the Corona pandemic, which led to the suspension ofinstitutions of higher education and for maintaining scientific communication with the students,a decision has been made earlierto provide lectures to the students and cooperate with them through electronic media according to the Elearningsystem. In this research, the logistic regression technique is adopted to identify the variables that have aconsiderable impact on E-learning. The variables are divided into eight independent categories. These variables arearranged according to their importance of its impact.The researchis conducted on 325 students of the Technical Institute of Al-Anbar.It is clear that the independent variables, which have a significant effect, are four variables. The
correct classification rate for the built model is (80%), and its quality was tested through two tests and its quality was proven.
