Abstract

The advent of social media platforms has transformed the way individuals and organizations interact, communicate, and share information. As these platforms continue to grow in popularity and influence, the need for effective social media analytics has
become increasingly vital for various stakeholders, including businesses, governments, and researchers. This research paper presents a comprehensive framework for advancing social media analytics through the integration of a robust multi-criteria decision-making
(MCDM) model. The proposed framework seeks to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and comprehensiveness of social media analytics, enabling better decision-making processes across diverse domains.
