Abstract

- Determining absolute answers is the main objective of the experimental research process. The technical research includes conducting a systematic study to prove the stated hypotheses and eventually answer particular questions arising from the research process. This chapter principally marks to develop research design which provides a framework of how the data is congregated for assessment and evaluation. The study involves studying the key variables of socio economic status with nurse’s attitude on work environment attributes, Opinion on major components on PTM factors, critical success factors of nurses in connotation with competitive potential skill development. The research design comprises of title of the study, statement of the problem, research objectives, sampling techniques employed, data collection tools, data collection sources, sampling design, and research methodology. The purpose of this sectionstands to present in-depth examination based on completely filled and usable responses obtained from the respondents of multi speciality hospitals at selected five cities of Tamilnadu, India.
