Through stratified sampling technique a sample of 527 (male and female) secondary school teachers and 400 (male and female) students were selected. To collect the data questionnaires created by researcher were used. Content Validity Ratio (CVR) was used to measure the content validity while reliability was assessed though Cronbach’s Alpha. Linear Regression was employed to find out the impact of independent variable (leadership styles) on dependent variables (schools’ climate and students’ academic achievement) and independent sample t-test was used to find out the significant difference between the perception of male and female teachers regarding school climate and the significant difference of the academic achievement of male and female students.
