Abstract

Developmentsinthefieldofcomputernetworkshavebeencarriedoutbyseveralgroups.However,therearestillalotofwrongproblemsoneistheserverload.Forthisreason, a system will be implemented Load Balancing with the aim of overcoming theserver load which is not in accordance with its capacity and to optimize server loadbefore and after the implementation of the Round robin Algorithm Load Balancingsystemonthecloudservers.Themethodusedisthecomparativemethod,namelyresearchesthatcomparesandanalyzetwoormoresymptoms,compareleastconnectionalgorithmasthepreviousalgorithmwithRoundrobinalgorithm.LoadBalancingTestingwithbothalgorithmsusingasoftwarecalledHttperf.Httperfdisplaysthevalueaccording to parameters. The parameters used are Throughput, Response Time,ErrorandCPUUtilization.Thetestresultsshowthatloadbalancingwiththealgorithmroundrobinismoreeffectivetohandleserverloadthanalgorithm.ThepreviousonewasLeastConnection. It is proven that in each respondent’s assessment of the load balancingsystem. Test ratingthroughputobtainedapercentageof81.11%withgoodcriteria,testingresponsetimeobtainedapercentageof81.78%withgoodcriteria,testingerrorobtained a percentage of 84.67% with very good criteria, and cpu utilization testingobtaineda percentage of82%with good criteria.
