Abstract

This research paper explores the cultural and traditional influences that influence the clothing patterns and preferences of working women in Nagpur, India. It aims to understand the complex interplay between cultural norms, societal expectations, and professional environments, revealing the dynamics that guide the choices of attire within the female workforce. The study uses a mixed-methods research design, combining surveys and interviews to capture both quantitative and qualitative data.
