Abstract
Terms are considered the keys and tools of science, and they are the foundation on which science is built. It is also considered an intermediary in transmitting science and research, so the process of developing terminology requires taking into account many conditions when developing it so that these terms truly express the new concepts.
This research seeks to clarify this terminological work and its role in the linguistic development process, by reading the most important requirements and the most prominent factors that lead to its achievement so that the sciences can benefit from it in their progress and development.
