Methods, Approaches, And Techniques Of Teaching English: A Comprehensive Review

Abstract

Teaching English is buzz word globally, mainly in the countries whose native language is not
English. Teaching and learning of any language require specific discipline comprising
standard methods and techniques along with the approaches that have practical inputs.
Existing pedagogy and basic discipline of teaching indicate that good instructors need to be
less concerned about strategies and processes than with methods, approaches and
techniques in teaching English. This paper reviews the strategies, approaches, and methods
