Approaching Difficulties In Training Trainers: Challenges And Prospects For Resolution Experimental Study In The Region Of El-Oued Southern Algeria
Abstract
This research focuses on the impact of the coaching process on the professional skills of new teachers, as well as the challenges faced by the two main players: the coach and the student. The results of this research tryto provide solutions as to how to overcome these difficulties.
Despite the problems associated with coaching new teachers, this work contributes to the improvement of their teaching practice and the development of their professional identity.
To investigate the effectiveness of coaching in the teaching field, we need two investigative tools in this study: the questionnaire and the research interview. The results first confirm the effectiveness of this process in developing teachers' skills, especially those relating to the organization of learning situations, as well as motivation and time and student management. Secondly, they highlight the problems encountered by the two main players, namely the time load.
